I'm not surprised that you can't answer Ajax99's question:

Why did the USA have to bomb the Iraqi civil infrastructure to get Iraqis out of Kuwait, all it did was cause civilian suffering?

It is a very good question, and thinking about the answer leads to some dark conclusions about American leaders.
