ON that we agree.

I don't doubt that unconventional methods may need to be taught as a counter measure , but I object to training troops from other countries in that kind of warfare. Frankly, I don't know enough about military training to appropriately evaluate whether or not our troops need the training.

Those butchers we trained and sent to Latin America were not "mistakes". Our policy has always been to terrorize the populations of 3rd world countries into accepting the rule of our puppet dictators.
