U.S. = Great Satan
USSR = Little Satan, killed by the Faithful
Israel = Hand of Satan = Crusader State
France = Limp-Wristed Hand of Satan
Germany = Ditto (Satan has a lot of Hands, some worse than others)
governments of Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Turkey, etc. = children of Satan
Saddam Hussain = Enemy of My Enemy
American civilians = soft underbelly of Satan = easiest target to hurt him
