this is not what tops look like. tops are marked by volatility, we're flatlining. 4 weeks is a very long time to spend in such a tight range. steve may have been early, but i'm really starting to come around to his point of view. longer-term bottoms are marked by relatively low volume and low volatility. and that's exactly what we've experienced for a month now.
