O ya there inept for sure! There lobby is just for laughs. They're just in Sacramento for the weather.
I can't for the life of see how you can blame real estate for educational problems in Calif? Forty eight cents of every dollar sent to Sacramento goes to education. First or second in spending, 40th in standings. Got to be prop 13's fault or politics not giving enough money to teach the little darlings. Couldn't be one administrator for every four teachers.
Ya they've got no juice in Sac.
