thing are out there, no doubt about it. Neither Iraq nor Iran are capable of creating weapons grade nuclear material, for example. They don't buy ready made weapons grade material from Russia though because it is way too hard to delivery through 1st Russian borders and then American patrols around Iraq. Instead Iraq is buying tools to produce the materials from the France and Germany, the same France and Germany that lead the movement in support Sadam
