Those who are really concerned about such weapons should be focusing on this country and its stockpiles. That's plainly obvious. The anthrax used in the only terrorist attack involving biological, chemical or nuclear weapons here was made in the U.S. by U.S. scientists. It was stored in the U.S. and then it was stolen and dumped into the postal system by a U.S. citizen. The threat is here. When Al Qaeda sought to attack this country, they didnt use anthrax. They didnt use sarin. They didnt use dirty bombs. They used the most common of things. Boxcutters and planes. It is an instance of the ordinary made horrible. In virtually every post World War Two imperial conflict, the tactic against the U.S. has been the same. M2
