Scott, We have made our final offer to Turkey and we'll see if they accept it. As you know what Turkey is really asking for is for some oil concession at Kirkuk in Iraq. And as you would agree it is not morally correct for the US to grant this to the Turks. Since this oil belongs to the liberated peoples of Iraq not to Turkey. You see it really is good vs. evil.
