I am not saying that there is no problem, do not misunderstand me. I view Russian weapons as a huge threat but the difference here is that Russia is hard to control and not because russian government is trying to sell weapons.
France tried to build nuclear reactor in Iraq so I veiw France and germany as far bigger threat than Russia. It is kinda funny but very true.
Also recall if at one time Israel would not take military actions against Iraq. Iraq would have nuclear weapons in 80's. I do not have to explain to you what it would mean, do I?
And, BTW, that particular military attack is a proof that sometimes the guns are the only solution
