Seriously, all that could be expected would be an initial pop up, then the same downward action caused by long liquidation. Also a LOT more volatility, since there won't be any short covering to absorb the volume. I suspect poots would become VERY popular (especially deep in the money) and call-selling would increase. Net/net...no difference at all, just a lateral move in the glide path...
