Oh please! If it were so easy to get Anthrax (from the soil in your backyard???) then it would not be possible to test the infected envelopes in the US for source (the source turned out to be American, not Iraqi, by the way) and Iraqis would certainly NOT need to buy it from the US.

And what about VX nerve gas??? Anyplace one can get THAT easily?

Yes they do. One, the quantities are not that small. And two, they become big quantities in the case of biological agents (i.e. bacteria & viral agents) in no time. Quantity is MEANINGLESS in this context.
