Oil is cheap because you just pump it out of the ground. Where are the big hydrogen reserves?

Too bad W is wasting political capital as he is. I believe we must go to hydrogen and the quicker the better. It is a massive investment that would do plenty to stimulate the economy. Unfortunately to do so requires new power plants that need to be run on either coal or nuclear energy. I would prefer nuclear energy. He could use his political base to build those nuclear plants. this includes breeder reactors and of thousands were built I'm sure there would be significant economies of scale. The country may not want them but I'd rather have them than watching WV being turned into a mesa and deal with the air pollution from coal fired plants. Instead he owes big coal and will push to cater to them and solidify political opposition.
