My comment was intended to convey my thought that Arab sentiment changed little either way in the face of Afghanistan and no one expected Arab sentiment to change much either way as a consequence....

Do you mean Kuwait or BP?? What is your guess on Kuwait as percentage of the arab, islam world, if you do not count all the "guest-workers"??
