historically speaking upside should be limited to 1% or less...while the downside is more open to signifigant declines...

Probably later today we will have a breakout or a fakeout... or both -g.

My bias would be for a move up to new recovery high into the Fibo turn window, but we'll have to wait for Mr. Market to hand down the decision.
