So are you saying that you know of cash outs without any costs? If so, the rate must be higher... I'm interested if you know where I can cashout for no cost. My reason for cashing out is to build my new house. I already have 40% of the cash to build it, but I can add another 30% or so by cashing out on my current home. The reason for me building a cash stash is I am GC'ing it and my subs are 25-30% cheaper if I pay cash. By the time I get 50% into the project I will then goto my bank for construction loan to reload the caufers to finish the remaining with cash also.
