well.... my impression is that they are doing business like in the 50's and 60's...

I think we have a different world....

and I say this in the context of

"How will this affect our Market"

and

"Where should one invest (i.e. gold/foreign issues/sectors and so on)

NOT FROM THE POLITICAL SIDE, politicians can go kiss my gazziga piper.... -gg

so...

We need to accept that a lot of countries have become "capitalists" in their own right (and more importantly, in their own very particular WAY)... this means we need to do some negotiating on a win/win basis NOT on I win them all you get screwed.

Also... we need to revisits "Foreign Aid" they want aid... fine... you get it through doing business... not just free money for ... what ? military bases ? screw that....

anyway... if we do not revisit this... we are simply going to lose the ability to compete against other countries.. for one... China...

but.... maybe I am off-side... who knows...
