Congratulations on the CYMI short cover gain! Your plan sounds reasonable enough to me. We got a lot more rally today than I expected after the weak start.

If the market rallies much more in advance of a war I think it is possible that it may not rally too much more after the start of that war unless it is won in a hurry.

Technically this rally is in good shape except it has not made much headway on truly light volume. So I too am not so concerned about this rally to think the short side should not pay off. CYMI is kind of scary due to the large short position.

As far as the market call goes I'm just following the charts, sentiment indicators, Les Horiwitz's work and some other stuff that is not really rocket science.

Anyway, if I were truly brilliant I would be making as much money as the rest of you big time traders!
