Bill, did you see the reports that Saddam is shipping million of barrels of oil outside of UN oil-for-food auspices? Think he's trying to scrape together some last minute cash for his dash to asylum somewhere?

Rumsfeld would NEVER be confirmed as a General -- he just likes to play General anyway. That puts lives of military people at risk -- but no need to worry about that Bill -- right?
