To be honest, I'm not convinced the French and Germans aren't a hell of a lot smarter on average. Time will tell, but if pensions and other retirement assets keep evaporating here, we'll be in the same boat as them despite having worked our lives away while they sat in cafe's and enjoyed life. :)

Me, I spend much time in cafe's.
