well if it all goes awry , and our country falls into crumbling shambles and ruin after this securing of Baghdad fails and backfires , and the US is visited with pestilence and plagues and domestic chaos reigns as "Allah" works his mighty revenge of terror...

With this level of paranoia, you are a threat to yourself.

The greatest power the world has ever known will wither away if the attack on Iraq goes awry.

"All we have to fear is fear itself" was directed at people like you.

Perhaps, you merit the safety of a sealed room - in an institution.

You are a threat to yourself. And Stephen King.

Mars, would you plesae describe to the board what happened at Stalingrad in World War II? Unless you can think of a more recent example, that's the last time a hugely populated city was invaded by a military force wanting to boot its government. How could it possibly be so easy for America? Were not the Russians defending their homeland? How staunch were America's civil war battles? Weren't folks defending their own perception of what the homeland was?

Bush's march toward war, at a minimum, is ill-advised.
