OT. We have one Airdale and one 'Mix', the latter from a racing dog breeder. The latter can leave the Airdale in the dust and is a joy to watch, as she moves over the landscape with blazing speed and amazing agility. I suspect she is part husky, a little shorthair, a little greyhound maybe and maybe a little something wild thrown in. Don't know for sure.

As I recall Iditerod starts here this year, due to lack of snow in Anchorage. If so will go down and scope it out. The dogs are a hoot. They so love to run.

The Quest imo is a tougher race than the Iditerod.
