I think Saddam Hussein should file a civil suit in an American court accusing George W. Bush of lying. Make him fill out a deposition and all, and see just exactly what Bush meant when he went before the world and said: "Saddam kicked out the inspectors..."

Maybe Saddam himself should hire the Hill and Knowlton public relations firm.
