Why should I? Your "numbers" just got blasted to smithereens. Gee, I'LL BET all the other estimates are several times too high too. Millions. Let's say your initial estimate was 10M. Well, based on this, you're now looking at 2.5M. That's all of .025% of world population. IMPRESSIVE! "petty". Cut the crap. Those numbers weren't petty when you guys were claiming they were several times too high. Not at all were they "petty". Polls? YOU publish the polls. I blew apart the SF march number. You want to make the claim; you find the polls. Pardon moi, but the responsibility of POTUS is NOT to the people of the UN; it is to the people of the US. He is not required to take French opinion into consideration.

What they don't understand is that every march before this has been overestimated, if this new technology is to be believed. So, relatively, this march was huge- it's just that all marches have been over counted- although the unfortunate thing about the "survey" was that it was only a snapshot at the peak hour. I arrived at 10am, and left at 2pm. People were moving in and out of the area all day long. The street was so packed when the march began- around 11:30 am- that people headed off to side streets to move. We were literally stuck in this huge column of people for about 20 minutes, with no moving at all- because there were so many people. If there was a side street, people moved into it, just to be going somewhere. The crowd was so large it encompassed the sidewalks as well as the street. I've never seen anything like it, and more importantly, no one I know who lives in SF has seen anything like it. So whatever that little "snapshot" showed, this was the mother of all marches in SF. I'm confident in saying that in relative terms. I've no idea what the absolute numbers are, and I don't think they matter much, since we don't have them for other marches that have happened. I've got my own snapshots, and they're incredible. :-)
