I have been buying NAL-T this week.They aare turning themselves into a trust with a target of 1.08 per year.
They plan to do a 1 for 2 split which gives them a price of about 9.40,which gives a 11.5% yield. Growth has been 25% per annum.http://www.newalta.com
Due your own DD but try to get it in the 4.50 range if you can.
