Size matters
Precisely. And you seem to be the only one on your side of this willing to admit that.

The police who work crowd control would have a relative feel for that.
You think the have courses at police academy in crowd size estimation? Wanna bet?

The fact is the the method used by the Chron is accepted as the most accurate. And it came in at 65,000, not 250,000.

250,000 is 1/32 of the Bay Area population. Statistically, I ought to know at least a few people who were there. I know none. It appears to be a big non-attended event.

I don't know anyone who lives in SF who can remember a bigger march.
Oh. Then prove to me that there was a previous march exceeding 65,000. Prove it. No guesses.

You can try to dismiss that, but imo it makes you look desperate.
Desperate? Desperate is on the other side of this. You notice how much they are no trying to downplay the importance of a number that was so important before?
