Than they will go head on with NK. Not militarily, but - after showing the resolve necessary in Iraq - from a stronger bargaining position.

At some point post Iraq I wouldn't be surprised if the Admin has a conversation with the Chinese saying "control Jung - get rid of the nukes OR the US assists Japan and Taiwan to militarize (including nukes), maybe even recognize Taiwan.

They would probably hold Taiwan back but, if the answer was no, that's where it would go.

Food, mostly, which is a good thing.

We need to engage the N. Koreans without making it seem like we approve of their activities. This is a diplomatic tangle which will take Russia, China, Japan, and the US to solve. According to the latest FA article, this is best done by a multi-lateral security guarantee for the entire Korean Peninsula in exchange for N. Korea giving up its nuclear programs.
