Do you understand what "chain of command" is? You obviously haven't been in the military.

Under your vain argument the president shouldn't give Rumsfeld orders because Rumsfeld has more combat experience (not that you know that), and has been Secretary of Defense twice (you probably don't know that, either).

If you want to change the way thing work, write your congressman.
