If this "Islamic governance" concept gets traction, I'll bet that it will be GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council) which is similar to EU, that handles it, not any individual country on its own.

I personally feel it will not gain traction.

I doubt it, HM. Tribalism and Wahhabism will hinder the spread, IMO.
