The long consolidation makes me suspicious of the larger bullish count. Its giving bulls too good a chance to hop on and bears to easy a time to hop off IMO, doesn't usually happen that way during these bear rallies. But on the DOW it is sharp enough to give it credibility as a '2' down.

I find bears cautious here, but still a wee bit eager.

I just came across Bob Miners website. It has a pretty massive archive of tutorials that I'm going to look through. You have to give them your name and email but it should be worth it. I still haven't got his book but plan to.
