I believe he also said HPQ and IBM are what he calls "value technology companies" or something like that. The idea being is they are already at low price/sales multiples, pay a dividend and have loads of upside potential.

I don't pay any attention to people who talk about "big cap", "big orders", or "multiples". I like to hear about "technology". What did he say about Echostar? Anything about technology?

Re: Echostar, last time it had relative strength this high compared to the SPX, it fell big time. It's at 11 month highs and getting close to resistance at 29-30 from last March-April. Looks like a good short after breaking 24.5 or so.
