Chart for Impact Energy Inc: stockcharts.com[w,a]dacaniay[dc][pc20!b50!f][vc60][iLa12,26,9!Lh14,3]&pref=G From the chart of IEY we can see the stock spent last week putting a base in after bottoming out the previous week. The stock has resistance @$ 1.60 it's 20EMA. The stock appears to have put in a bottom and the chart indicators are turning up, but I would wait before going long for the stock to be trading atop it's 20EMA. (Wait) Good luck with this pick, Al
