My assumptions show the war and invasion increasing terrorist attacks 10 fold.

That is a basic difference of opinion between the doves and the hawks. The doves think a war will make an attack more likely; the hawks note the words of the terrorists: America is is invading us but it's soft, decadent, can't stand casualties. Hit hard, and Americans will run.

It's not only your assumptions, Rascal, that say terrorist attacks will "BEGIN". ("Increase" ...from what? since 9/11 what attacks?... within The US) Testifying before Congress a week ago Thursday, Powell stated that blowback from an attack on Iraq will cause terrorist attacks to raise the HS levels to code red. As tomridge says, don't be scared, be prepared... um hum...
