Thanks Bill. That was one of the quotes that bothered me. I skimmed the annual report in my amateur way and didn't find anything that drastic. The worst I could find was that the cash available for distribution had fallen from 9.24 in 2001 to 4.80 in 2002 (per unit). Now 4.80 ain't chopped liver, it's 18.5%. I didn't see any forward looking statements that were discouraging. What am I missing, other than accounting skills?
