Good day to you, Jay. Thanks for unignoring me (though, once we have achieved a level where food and shelter and liberty are part of our happy diet, being ignored ain't all bad). Yes, Softbank, sigh. I am still where I started out years ago, having forgotten to sell when Jay Chen said "sell". Thank heavens I am paid for my daily labour (and I do remain gloomily-optimistic about gold). Daydream: Saddam Hussein and George Bush and Mr. Rumsfeld and Ms con dolcezza and a few others whose faces I do not recognize in the fog, each and every one NOW slips on a banana peel and hits the ground hard. And wakes up -- and there is no more fog and everyone has a face now -- rising with a delicious grin, throws away all notions of past loss and future gain with a flick of the chin, to dream no more.
