I have 50 or so % exposure at this time. I'm beginning to understand the flow of things lately. Just enough to keep me interested. You can tell that by how much I'm spending lurking and posting about on SI.

<< waiting for the war sell-off>>
I would expect some spikes in the market when the war starts.
More war correspondents over there than for the Gulf war
Somebody, somewhere will say Iraq has launched missiles at Israel or the Saudis , or that Iraq is using chemical weapons
Either one will cause market to tank until its verified to be just a rumor
Guess I will put in some way low GTC buy orders

<<unless we get an unexpected terrorist incident or some such thing.
>>

I hate to say it and hope I am wrong, but I think we will get some form of devastating blow here in our homeland.

For one, we know bin laden is alive, we know his people are still around and probably many are already in the U.S., and already have plans, ready to carry them out. Same with suddham. He wont go quietly. It's like a baseball game and the pitcher has told the hitter what pitch he is going to throw in advance. Suddham knows we are coming. Has known we will be coming for quite some time. I am sure he made perperations to cause the U.S. severe harm. N. Korea, who knows, but they are nuclear, so.....

Again, I truly hope I am wrong but I dont think it is a matter of "if", but moreso when, where and how, we will get hit hard. Do I think we will lose a war with suddham or N korea. No, only if the whole world loses due to nuclear holocaust. I'd like to see suddham try and attack our country. He can only so so by quiet terrorism. If he sent planes over here to bomb or attack us, they would never make it near the country. A land assault. Ha, even if we let them land their troops on our west andd east coast and kept our military with their hand tied behind their backs, we americans would take care of them. Too large a country, too many people, ready and willing to protect their home and their homeland. Heck, we could just go to the mah=jor cities, grab the toughest gangs and let them take out anybody trying to attack on our homeground. So, I do not think we can lose a conventional war, only a nuclear one, in which everybody loses. But yes, I do expect that as soon as we launch our first missles, we will see acts of terrorism in our own homeland. Hope I am wrong.
