Somehow Clinton was able to jump over the recession in big Bush's administration to capitalize on the Reagan era? And what? now after 2 years of economic collapse in little Bush's administration, it's all Clinton's fault and little Bush can't be blamed because he's just plain too stupid to figure out how to do anything about it? I suppose that's one way of looking at it, but you might want to hang onto your paper route instead of switching to economics.
