Dude, I can't find anything wrong with your calculations. My charting
software won't do bb stocks, but Yahoo shows a spike to .26 on the news.

Insiders surely know what is going on. Did they buy all they could afford on
announcement day? It is public knowledge. They could be getting their mothers,
brothers, mistresses, concubines, etc. in here. But then I am always scared
when something looks too good to be true. Hard for me to believe funds would
not have picked up on this.

Currently you would get roughly one Hytt.ob share for three Gtec.bb shares, with
Hytt.ob at $1.45. I don't think I would want to be long Hytt going into this merger.

It is a proposed transaction. If it doesn't go through I will be looking at all those
shares that traded on the news in a different light. Pump and dump.

Keeping an eye on GTEC and HYTT. I just might learn something.
For the record Fri. 2/21 close HYTT 1.45. GTEC .16.5

HYTT down down 8.28% today on avg. vol.
GTEC flat at .16.5 on 3X avg. vol. Hmmmmmmm interesting
