I assume they plan to come home sometime when all is peaceful- maybe visit some of their relatives Thats what our government is for ( defense), and defense involves war, military action for protection when words dont cut it. There are or should be 174mm Americans making adjustments and some personal sacrifices to adjust to the new threats to world peace and stability represented by to 9-11 event. . I guess some people have to be hit over the head by a 2 by 4 or lose their own home town before they get the message . There is a war going on and the US did not start it. We can sit around over here and try to defend the country, which would do nothing at all for our other friendly Nations nor for our commitments to the UN or Nato and will not end the war. . Try to prevent the state of Illinois from being turned into a nuclear waste disposal site without having an ABM capability to prevent it. Or we can carry the fight to the enemy Sig
