In virtually all European countries, more than 80% oppose a unilateral war.

Based upon what polls? Any references?

In Canada, it is 90%.

Again, based upon what polls? Any references?

And In America, only 30% support a unilateral war...

And, yet again: references, sources, documentation?

...(though probably less than 70% will oppose it).

What do you base that "probably" upon?

Let's say that there is a 50% chance that France will veto. And a 50% chance that US will not go to war without a second IN [sic] resolution. That's a 25% chance that war will not happen.

In a hilariously ultra-simplistic scenario, yes.

And I gave 80% credit to the worldwide protests.

"80% credit"?

That works out to be the 20% that I mentioned.

It doesn't "work out" to anything but an arbitrary plucking of numbers. But, whatever gets you where you're going, I guess, right?
