Oakland Calif but city wide they graduate only some 75 percent. You 10 or so miles east and it's less than 2 percent that drop out. For those that don't know the SF area, Oakland has the worst of all worlds wrt demographics... crime, income, education of community... etc. You go through the tunnel to the east and its contra costa country, a predominately white area, whose sole problem is the teenagers that drive to oakland to buy alcohol at noon. Talk about an apples and oranges comparison!
