I again contacted Moore on January 15, 2003. Moore acknowledged continuing to post messages to Delfino and Day. So much for the part about being remorseful. He just dug his own grave. I wonder what liability might also be relevant to Agilent if he continued to use his office PC. - Jeff

REMINDS ME OF THE 2THEMART.COM THREAD WHERE ONE POSTER THREATENED TO PUT A "CAP" IN ANOTHER POSTERS HEAD. SI MADE AWARE OF THIS AND INSTEAD OF CALLING THE FBI JUST DELETED HIS POST AND SUSPENDED HIM FOR LIFE. I LATER FOUND OUT THAT THE POSTER HAD FILED A 144 IN TMRT STOCK. I KNEW IT WAS HIM BECAUSE I HAD TRACED HIS EMAIL ADDRESS HE HAD USED IN HIS PROFILE. OTHER BOARDS WHERE MUCH WORSE SUCH AS ONE GUY FROM TOKYO JOE'S THREAD THREATENING TO KILL ELGINDY. THEN THERE WAS THE ECNC THREAD BEFORE THE FIRST HALT.
