EP, I think we are about to see a dramatic increase in OS activity. I haven't leased any minerals for the last three years and in the last two weeks I've leased three prospects. The landmen that I know are starting to get very busy, which is a good sign for future OS activity. At some point in time, the play will shift from the E & P to the OS companies as activity increases and OS prices increase to the point that it hurts the E & P bottom line. Jim
