If you ever tried 'waiting' in a desert under the April sun you'd know its not possible for the 'aliens' to that region...let alone fair skinned Americans. Mid March is late enough IMO. Everything needs to be over by April. They cannot wait it out. And i don't think they'll have to or should. It'll fall pretty quick....its not Afghanistan...these are different kind of people...its a different kind of army...
