That was the point of the article I posted... North Korea and Iran are both far further along down the road of nuclear weapon development (Pakistan, of course, being already over that threshold... and accused of aiding other nations in the nuclear weapons hunt).

Iraq's nuclear aspirations were set back greatly in the early 'eighties when Israel bombed their 'weapons development reactor'.
