OK , thanks...I was not aware that any state allowed convicts the right to vote....

But I do think that once they served their time, they should be allowed to... Gun ownership is a different story..

I think that once one has served his time citizenship rights should be restored. Those in prison are a different story. Do you really believe that 5% of texans should be disenfranchised? Or that if W was sent to jail for his drug use he should have been prohibited from voting?
