Searle, how can they say "watershed" when the administrations of Wilson, Roosevelt, and Lincoln used far more stringent means to throttle liberty? Even Washington coldly put down the Whiskey Rebellion. We were even told Reagan had secretly taken over the government. How many watersheds do we get? It reminds me of watching football. Every other year you get a match that is billed "game of the decade."

Watershed? They all are tyrants at heart.
