Well this survey certainly meets that criteria. 58% is a "large number" for a bearish count. Do you agree with my comment that most all chart readers are bearish? I'm not talking about tomorrow. But let's say over the next week to 12 years?

BTW, I'm not suggesting this is 1982 which I happened to be very much around for. I am merely pointing out that the belief that the Dow could break it's old high is basically non existent. And I happen to think that many could be surprised at what happens this year. JMO
