Everyone complains becuase they want to make more. True doctor's salaries are somewhat constrained in Canada, but they are still the highest paid profession in the country, other than CEO's, but not as many cheat their way to those incomes.

The people in the US are paying dearly for what they get . Our doctors are moaning because they are so greedy they want more money ,all our young doctors are next to millionares already and still complaing,you ever go to a hospital and see all the nurses standing around not doing their jobs and saying we are over worked and too busy ,like our school teachers ,thats another story .
