>So you actually think there is some question as to whether Saddam has violated the terms of the ceasefire agreement (which includes the last 17 UN resolutions)? And even though we KNOW with certainty that he had these stores of chemical and biological materials, that he cannot produce a shred of evidence indicating he destroyed them, you would suggest that he may not have them anymore?

Oh, oh... I misunderstood you. I do think Saddam's done a whole bunch of things that violate the agreement. I just am not positive he still has a huge load of illegal weapons. We know he's got some, but I don't feel he's particularly dangerous to us. His neighbors, maybe, but not us.

>I just want some of the liberals on this thread to be around after the war so the rest of us can say, "I told you so" while you guys say, "Yes, I was sooooo wrong. What idiots we were" <g>... Any chance of that?

I am very happy to admit I'm wrong (on the rare occasion that I am), and I'm also willing to grant you that I could be this time.
