Hi, Wolf - Yes. The natives are getting restless. "35 calendar days after announcing the RO I think Dimethaid owes us at a minimum an update. I recommend a president's message or preferably the rights offering announcement." I suppose that the RO must be near-done (or not doable) by now. Putting ourselves in RK's shoes, we've got the sense that WF10 news is really close, HC Pennsaid approval is really close - and FDA Pennsaid approval is possibly really close. Of course, if FDA approval is close, then so would be JnJ. Each one of these things would have an impact on the success of the RO. Looking at it from RK's POV, the possibility of getting them all in the exercise period would give her a hugely successful offering...not to mention the gratitude of many long-suffering shareholders. The temptation on her part to delay, to wait, and snag that extra bit of good news, must be powerful. I wonder if that isn't a contributing factor? Jim
